Rosie The Plumber

Having had a mixer bar shower pack up on me without warning, Rosie advised me over the phone of my options. She was calm, patient and incredible knowledgable, giving me the confidence to give the job a go with her support should things go wrong. I can highly recommend her services and will not hesitate to contact her for all my plumbing needs.

It's tough to find a good plumber, Rosie's a great one. She replaced my bathroom and did a few other plumbing jobs. Really knows her stuff, uses local suppliers and the finish was impeccable. Rosie is often busy, victim of her own success, but worth waiting for. A proper bone fide expert that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Rosie did a great job for us. She was prompt, professional and helpful, and we couldn’t believe how quickly it was all sorted (and no leaks since!). Would definitely recommend!

Horrible, she said she'd get in touch but never bothered

Got in touch with Maggie, who is apparently the organiser, and agreed a day and time for Rosie to do the job. Was then told she'd arrived but since parking fees would start applying soon, she'd decided to go to another job and come back afterwards. Afterwards didn't happen and was told she'd come back the next day in the morning. I initially agreed but 15 minutes later remembered we'd not be at home in the morning, texted to ask if afternoon was ok. No replies after that, and also no answer to repeat calls. Totally ghosted
