really good experience with this company. had an awful leak coming into my kitchen from the bathroom and they was local and arrived within 30 mins. the job was quite extensive as it entailed removing tiles under the bath however they seemed to prioritise my emergency issue which I'm very grateful for.

I had a look at the website and it said no call out charge. It seemed too good to be true, so I called made a booking for same day and they told me it would cost £100 pounds just for a visit. I don't like the false advertising and it seemed to shady for me to continue, so I canceled the booking. Very shady indeed.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received from them. Their team Peter and Dan came to my house on short notice and were able to quickly diagnose and fix my boiler, saving me a huge headache in the process. They were also very kind and offered advice on how to keep my system running smoothly going forward...I would strongly recommend them.

I’ve just had my engineer Simon fix not one but two problems that have given me sleepless night. Issues repaired in two hours with no hesitation or fuss. Will be bringing these guys back to install a combo boiler and would recommend in a heart beat.
