Initial booking was good. Have a leak and sink blockage. The person on the phone asked what work needed to be done and gave them all the information over the phone. The plumber called prior to arriving which was great. Sadly that's where it all turned upside down. The plumber was not able to find the source of the leak and for the sink blockage, they said they can't know for sure but you need to book someone who is an expert in blockage. Considering when I initially called they were aware of what issues I had, I assumed they'd assign a plumber who was able to deal with the issues I mentioned before. I don't blame the plumber who arrived of he wasn't told the specifics initially, he did try helping and he did help with the general questions we had but sadly £118 later and none of the issues were fixed.

I had them come out at 11pm the night to my own questionable decision to try to repair a toilet stop valve which resulted in a flooded bathroom and house water turned off. Anyway long story shirt, David, the on call who came out was super professional and fixed it all up quickly. Emergency service was steep but worth it, especially o get it if the dog house with my wife. I highly recommend them.

Bens mission today was to diagnose the point of leakage which is a within non-visible space, that two other professionals were unable to diagnose. I am super pleased with his work and would recommend him to anyone!

very happy with the service I have received from first call, from me calling to them arriving within the hour to come and fix my leak, brilliant and good value for money I've already recommended them to my family and there extremely happy with the service that they got from the staff
