I have just had the most amazi
ng service from Rubel Rana. I telephoned my insurance company this evening as my toilet was not flushing. I was told to expect a plumber tomorrow but Rubel arrived at 10.15 this evening and sorted the problem immediately. I was so impressed at the rapid service. The best service I have had for many years. Well done and thank you.

Reported leak to insurers at 5pm heard nothing by 7.30pm apparently they failed to allocate job and were reallocating it to Metro Plumb. Fortunately for us Rubel Rana turned up earlier than quoted, very friendly and professional definitely knew his trade. Job completed quickly and efficiently. Would recommend him . Top man thank you.

Engineer Rubel Rana was cheerful, efficient and went out of his way to fit me in on a Sunday. He manoeuvred himself into a really tight space willingly and easily. Identified the problem and resolved the leak quickly and efficiently. Truly a five star service. Thank you.

He work, effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner. Brilliant service, and most importantly, honest as I trust that I wasn’t over charged and had an excellent service, as someone who doesn’t know much, it was great to know that wasn’t taken advantage of and was miss sold things I didn’t need. He always takes the time to explain through the issues so you understand what the problems were and why it occurred. I have continue to use him and I would highly recommend him and his team. 11/10 service.

Thames water created a massive water issue for us and supply was limited. No water for 2 days. Riaz came and solved the problem for us. He was fantastic! Very professional, clean and informative. He corrected issue and was very knowledgeable about issue and solved it quickly and with minimal disruption.

Excellent Service from the engineer called Mr Rana who attended. He was polite and professional and fixed the problem within 15 minutes and did a neat and tidy job. Would recommend this company and would ask the company to give Mr Rana a payrise!
