Terrible company, phoned for an emergency job only to be called at 11pm, after two hours of waiting to be told the engineers van had 'broken down". Then told someone would be out between 1-5pm next day, which at 2pm was told no one could come! When asked if he could recommend someone, I just got laughed at! Managed to get hold of another plumber, who couldn't make it, but managed to sub-out for me, which is BRILLIANT service.

Did the job but Very expensive i had to pay them twice to get a job done because they needed a part. payed £420 to replace a valve.... I feel disgusted that I used these guys.

Flowstar Emergency Plumber Lancing team delivered above and beyond what we expected. The tradesman did a fantastic job installing the new boiler. We have dealt with several different companies at multiple properties and this was by far the best experience. We will be using Flowstar Emergency Plumber Lancing in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

I would like to thank Flowstar Emergency Plumber for the knowledge, professionalism, and great sense of humor they provided while performing an annual furnace checkup for me. The plumber took time to explain to me in detail what she was checking and cleaning, as well as principal basics of how my furnace functioned. Kudos, for all your hard work and pleasant demeanor.

Arrived early. Wore shoe coverings. Fixed a difficult clog that had occurred the previous night. Installed two new toilets in short order. Cleaned up both bathrooms after installation. Price was fair. Great communication. Pleasant to work with. No complaints whatsoever. Nice job.
