I Can’t fault how quickly someone came to inspect, and the fault finding took minutes. However one thing I didn’t expect was though it took 10 minutes to rectify through a blown fuse, I got charged a whole 1 hour of Labour of £95. I was hoping they would offer a reduced rate in the region of half the price at least, didn’t take much time and just used two tools (a volt meter and a screwdriver), the guy was in and out quickly and onto another job so wouldn’t have cost them much Labour time themselves. I even got charged for the fuse, least they could have done is thrown that in.

I can highly recommend Chris and Angelo - found them on Google and since my first enquiry the process of working with them was only positive. They were responsive, quick, on-time, professional and the whole process from booking - to the job- and the invoicing was painless.

Needed a boiler service after another local company failed to show twice. Quick booking, clear communication. Chris is very knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Some points for improvement:
- Showed up over an hour early with no heads up. Caught me in a meeting (which I was able to rearrange so no big deal) but a little notice would be nice
- Oily drip marking the wall inside the boiler cupboard left behind
- Previously used companies usually checked the carbon monoxide alarms in the house as part of the gas safety checks, this was not done

But these are minor, overall very happy with the service, will use again.

Quick response to our initial enquiry and good communication including clear information re charges, potential issues and possible options. Installation went smoothly and are pleased with the end result. On the basis of this experience, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Chris then did a free visit to check everything to ensure we were quoted for the right work.

Was quoted for the works and explained what needed doing. Cost of the works was great compared to other companies! Was expecting a much more expensive job but it was within budget.

Installation itself was seamless, Chris did an amazing job and explained everything as he went along. Also advised about any other possible issues in the house that may need fixing, which is a bonus!

Would highly recommend Chris and Angelo for all your plumbing needs, great company and great guys!

An engineer was sent out to my property on the same day after no hot water was available. They diagnosed an air block issue and fixed it. Happy with the service would use again.
