I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

I contacted Priory Plumbing regarding an enclosed toilet cistern that was starting to overflow. Josh attended promptly to diagnose the problem and returned as soon as the relevant part was obtained. It was a fiddly job but the part was fitted and the issue resolved.
Communication throughout was excellent and Josh was very punctual. Great customer service and he explained exactly what he was doing at every step. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Josh was just brilliant from initial contact to completion of the job! I had a leaking toilet that wouldn't stop flowing out the overflow pipe. He noted on the phone that I was quite stressed and was round the house within the hour and fixed it efficiently and with utmost professionalism. He was polite, attentive and took covid safety seriously. Could not fault him, his workmanship or his attitude. Just brilliant... will definitely use again!

We had a constantly leaking tap and a loud noise when flushing the toilet. Josh arrived early and knew what the problem was straight away. He went above and beyond to repair our taps which were tricky due to the previous owners installation.

Josh managed to find the unusual parts online, ordered them and once they arrived he came straight over to fix our tap.

I had a number of problems with my bathroom after a rogue builder refurbished and re-plumbed my bathroom. I cannot recommend Josh enough, not only did he visit my property when I had an emergency late one Saturday evening, he then returned on a number of occasions to put right the shoddy workmanship of the previous builder. Josh ran a cold water feed to my shower behind a fully tiled wall! He also fixed numerous problems with my concealed toilet cistern. If you need a problem solving plumber then Josh is who you need to call. Thank you very much Josh, I cannot recommend you highly enough!

Josh sorted my leaky bathroom tap. Very professional and so knowledgeable about plumbing systems. I would have no problem in using Josh for larger projects or problems. A thoroughly reliable and efficient young man and would recommend to others.
