Great service from Ian who fitted us in at short notice to replace a defunct boiler. Helpful and professional throughout, would certainly recommend.

Ian was a genuine considerate (workman) he wasn't just a workman he is a very accomplished tradesman. Both Ian and his workmate worked well together would I employ them again in a heart beat thank you so so very much John Randle.

Ian is one of my neighbours, we had a little neighbourly disagreement about a hedge. However, when I moved in I said I may need his services to replace my boiler, obviously having had the issue with the hedge since then I was concerned that may have tarnished our relationship with us being amicable. However, Ian said he was happy to quote for the work, so I gave him the opportunity. He came in with a very competitive quote! So, I gave him the go ahead, he completed the work for me 3 days ago. Both Ian and his colleague were extremely professional, there was no hostility at all. The quality of the work was extremely good.

I requested IO Plumbing to quote for a boiler replacement and Ian came very promptly to discuss my issue and derive a solution. In the end he replaced not only the boiler but also the heating pump and flue to extend the life of the heating system and also increase the efficiency which is key in the current energy price crisis. Just had Ian round to fit new central heating pump. What brilliant service. Rang him at 11am and by 4pm had what turned out to be a bit of a nightmare job finished. We now have radiators that have never worked properly before working perfectly and all for a very reasonable price. Would certainly recommend and will use nobody else in future. Five star performance.
