Shaun may be a good heating engineer, but he needs to work on his conscience. No pre-warning of a call out charge, just “I’ll come and take a look”, followed by “you need an electrician for that, but I’m still going to charge you”. I know everyone has to make a living, but I can think of more honest ways of making £60.
