If you enjoy watching herds of plumbers in the wild, all chattering away to each other, drinking coffee and otherwise idling away the time while one solitary and slightly irritable-looking woman disappears from behind the desk to do mysterious things in the storage shed next door, this is THE place to go. 8 a.m. is probably the best time to observe the group dynamics of plumbers and plumbers' merchant. I left after 10 minutes hanging about, unable to find what I wanted and being completely unable to find any staff members who might have been able to help me.

Visited yesterday looking for cartridge for mixer tap. Each tap different but the staff were very helpful and it fitted perfectly. Five stars excellent!!
Couldn't be more helpful when compared to Screwfix who were next to useless.
