Terrible service from showroom sales qwick enough to take your money but when there's a problem they don't want to no there service is disgraceful

Only one member of staff who was attending to someone who needed a toilet seat. Understandable that I had to wait my turn but there was no acknowledgement from the staff, no asking if I could wait, in fact she did not acknowledge I was even there and waiting. I had a quick question about installation and was told they do not do it and to get my own brochure on Canterbury plumbers. They have just lost the sale of a whole shower cubicle bathroom renovation.

Best bathroom showroom around for me. Helpful staff in showroom and trade counter. Would recommend. Prices a little high but you get what you pay for.

Awful - a waste of my time.

The showroom is "open", but unmanned. I asked some questions of the man that ran the trade desk, which is how you enter/leave the showroom, but despite being a "Graham" manager, he refused to help and claimed that he didn't know anything about what was in there, and asked me to come back in a week's time.

Terribly unhelpful and unprofessional.

Very helpful counter staff for recent guttering and drainage purchases. Staff Ordered an out of stock part from nearby branch which was in the next day.

Wasted several trips here during my lunch break when no-one was around in the showroom for a consultation/ to answer my questions/ give advice.

Stephanie in the showroom was very helpful in selecting our bathroom furniture, as if you are looking for slimline units Grahams have the slimmest range I could find (R2 range) competitively priced and good quality. All delivered with care.
