Popped in today and bought a milwaukee heated hoodie, nice and friendly staff told me everything I needed to know, even let me try different sizes on to get the right size for me .👍

Terrible customer service. Self entitled and not helpful. Not accepting responsibility for selling a defective product that was missing a part, didn't work properly and was in poor condition despite being sold as brand new. Will be taking further action as despite being reasonable and communicating this to them they only argued.

Found the people the most friendly and welcoming staff i have ever met. I felt very comfortable about asking them anything. Also they have a great range of tools and supplies to suit most people.

Worst place to go rude and had exemption for not wearing a mask so legally I’m aloud in they persisted to say no we serve you outside not allowing me in. Guy comes out and I told him what I was after and didn’t have a clue what they were and showed me something completely different. Stay clear and spend your money somewhere else.

The guys Have a Vast knowledge of tools, always very helpful when I have needed help.
