I have to say, absolutely 100% amazing service. I bought a part in Feb to send to my parents in Ireland, brought it back as it was wrong part in July! The not only accepted it back and issued a full refund but then went out of their way to help me find the right part. Turns out it was the right part just a more modern version of the part. Amazing company

I use this place weekly, sometimes daily. If they haven't got it, they will get it. Better than most plumbers merchants, including other branches of City Plumbing
