Great shop with very helpful staff. They listened to what I was trying to achieve and suggested what options would work for me. The price was competitive and the stock was instantly available. There is lots of parking and it's really easy to find. Will and have used again.

Nice place and some great species variants, good stock of pond equipment and outdoor water feature controls, also tropical supplies with plants fish chemicals and many tanks on offer and monthly payments available, I even saw a turtarium... the thing that let's this place down is they don't cater for marine tanks at all, no filters, hoppers, heaters, tanks they don't even sell the fish, so if like me you assume world of water will cater for all kinds of fish keeping, you'll be disappointed.

Staff have always been approachable and knowledgeable on the things they do stock.

Mainly koi or tropical fish, stock wise. Good selection of tanks, pond liners, plants, filters etc. Good prices and friendly, helpful staff.

Staff were not helpful. More interested in talking between themselves. Second time of visiting in as many weeks and we experienced the same attitude then. Had to ask for help and then their knowledge was quite vague. One guy even started talking to other customers whilst in the middle of trying to help us! We gave up and just walked out.... Will not be going back.

While the showgrounds are lovely to see and walk around the staff were neither knowledgeable or attentive.

We visited on a very hot day and the indoor showroom is without air conditioning so the staff's attitude may have been down to prolonged discomfort.

We spoke with at least three of the staff and two appeared had no interest in helping us. This was disappointing and contrary to many reviews.

Been before years ago when kept fish, as per all these types of places, a bit pricey!
But I've found it a quality place n have revisited meny times.
To day was for a shed, as there's a shed/office n play buildings buisness withing the area.
Nice guy "David" as I was there for a 1,off shed... Extension. As I found thay not only suply Power sheds!
Once again, pricey but worth it as very good and secure garden buildings.
Thay also do 1,off orders to fit a specific area, shape or size.
Understood what I wanted.
Called me back later, saying wanted to do a site inspection, so understood the job completly!!!
I cant imagine meny garden building suplyers would go that far!!
I think there called "snow Hill garden buildings"
I'm sure if googled that it would get you there, or the main aquatic centers site should have a link to them!!

Purchased my African cichlids there, extremely helpful and friendly staff ( young man, unfortunately I didn't take name) gave me and my daughter very good tips and information, went above and beyond and even rang another aquatic place for me to check if they could help me with what I was looking for, thank you so much, very pleased with service, highly recommended.

Loved this place wander around at your leisure very helpful knowledgeable staff happy to give you information about most things fishy a very wide selection of stock ,ponds,tanks etc
