The place is part of the garden centre and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is small but have plenty of choose of things. The people there will help you more and spend time with you unlike the larger stores. They sell fish and all the things that you will need to look after them. Gid place to visit and there is plenty of space for parking there.

Small and friendly, a decent selection of supplies for the garden and aquatics supplies including live stock. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the entrance is quite easy to miss. Look out for the sign and drive between the buildings. I will definitely use this place again.

Good place I use it regularly but last week I brought a fish to add to my established tank two days later it was ill I removed it from the tank but too late, two other fish I have had for a year became ill and both died. The first and last fish I buy from there.

Purchased a pump and a few other bits today. Got home to find the pump was broken. Took it back and they replaced without any problems. Staff very helpful. We will be back they have been very helpful over the last few years.

Awful place, returned a pond pump due to been too small for the job (my fault should of thought about it when purchasing) but at the till I was told I'd loose 10% of the overall refund to pay for the card reader, I questioned it and it was wavered, but what a thing to say.

Very small business but helpful staff.
Good if you want fish or advice on fish.

I found the staff in the aquatics centre very condescending and unprofessional.I asked for advice on plants for my wildlife pond and the one guy rolled his eyes and I said it's small container pond and he replied if it's that small why bother with plants. Neither got up from sitting down and I felt silly for asking the question. I feel like they only interested in big sales and didnt feel like a valued customer. I have small garden and it's good to introduce water for wildlife but to them it seemed a joke. Well I wont be returning and certainly not recommending.

We have only ever bought fish from here, they are always in good health and last for years. Top quality stock.
