While the shop itself was nice to view and the products all looked nice, we were a tad dissapointed with the butterfly experience that was offered. True, it was only two pounds, however the room was rather small, and it was built so that the butterflies themselves could be sitting far away from sight.

Well stocked shop with everything you need for fish. Staff are very helpful and with extensive knowledge.
I set up my first fish tank with the help of the new manager who took time to talk me through different kinds of decorations, gravel, plants and answered all the questions I had.
When I was all ready with my tank, water prepared I went back to buy fish. Another staff member helped me to find the ones I liked. She was very patient and gave me lots of good tips.

Very big with an amazing selection of fish and tanks. Also has small animals including birds. Great choice of animals foods, toys and bedding etc. Very helpful staff too.

Staff are freindly and will always advise you on your current set ups.
Two great lads on the aquarium side always happy to help and have never seen them keep customers waiting well done Jake and Brett . Tills are a little cramped at times especialy when busy with selling stock near them.

I bought some plants a day and one was rotten I wasn't very unhappy as in I paid quite a bit of money for it.
what to see on the picture is not dirty it is actually dead roots.

I went there for first time with my two great nephews who wanted a pet, so with the help of a young man who was tall and very slim and very helpful we came out with a rabbit and everything we needed for him, he was so very polite and helpful, and all the staff that served us were very helpful but the young man in Question went above and beyond to help us and think he needs a chat from management to thank him for his excellent customer service and maybe a promotion , whatever his name is please thank him again as he was excellent xx

Very good knowledge about fish, shrimps, rabbits and birds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good range of stock for fish tanks, smaller stock of rabbit and bird food and other items.

I have a small fresh water fish tank.
They are big stock of fishes, snails, shrimps for fresh water.
A bit smaller but more colorful marine fishes and invertebrates.
All you need for your fishes too, from fish tanks, to pumps filters etc, to food and all tests necessaries.
Not my favourite animals, but they have snakes, spiders and other reptiles.
As well as small birds and rabbits.
Outdoor your can find all necessary for your pond, from fishes to plants, rocks etc.
I visit them every time I pass by.
