Bought petsteps from Aquatix - great price, product and delivery. Tried them but dogs refused to use them, so sent them back for refund - only downside was return postage was about half the product price. Rang after a few days to progress, spoke to a very nice lady who put refund through immediately. No problems.

I can't fault this company, I ordered a UV bulb for my pond filtration, it arrived in 2 days but sadly damaged, the fault lying with the delivery people (who THREW the package over 7' gate when it was marked FRAGILE!!!).
They replaced the bulb without question & it arrived the next day, that's service that cannot be beaten, including the price, cheapest I could find, so I would have NO hesitation in recommending this company.

Just received my Pisces Pond Vac, used it straight away, its fantastic, my pond is fairly small with just 6 shubugins fish in, I have rounded pebbles on the bottom, this was great just put it between the pebbles and it sucked out blanket weed, old leaves and other rubbish. Its so easy to use, I am 70 and had no trouble at all. I will recommend it to my neighbours.

I bought a product from them on ebay, they use the name aquatics4all, and it was over a week late,i informed them i was on holiday but they didnt care,just told me to tell the post office. I told them i had got the item from somewhere else as the job needed doing before i went away, they didnt care just kept saying its on the way. I have now left them feedback on ebay,and now they say i am in the wrong. Its all about there ecommerse feedback not the customer. I wish i had looked at there feedback before i bought my item.
