Wonderful ladies on the tills, trying to explain an issue, I asked for a number to ring and to pop over and speak to the manager, while talking through the issue with the manager, a large man came over to try an intimidate me, saying I was being aggressive and needed to leave, I had been polite the whole time, all I was asking for was a phone number to talk to customer services, which they couldn't give. On saying the cctv will show I have been nothing but kind, the man got even more outraged.... I got given the number eventually.

What was a small request that should have been done in 10 second, took 10 minutes and a whole scene for no reason, an absolute nightmare.

The ladies on the counter deserve a better manager.

I was trying to collect a parcel from the local post office addressed to my girlfriend who couldn't not collect it as she was out of town. I showed the picture of her ID that she sent me - my girlfriend has the original document - and the email from Amazon WITH THE BARCODE (as well as all the parcel and delivery details) and her name on it to the shop-keeper JAVED IQBAN. He then showed me the parcel that was there on the shelf but he REFUSED TO HAND IT TO ME as "I wasn't the person the parcel was addressed to". I tried to explain that my girlfriend authorised me to collect it as she couldn't. I even tried to put her on the phone with him but he refused to talk. He was very rude and he raised his voice to me. I am appalled by his behaviour and by his manners. He also caused me an inconvenience as I needed the parcel that is now just sitting on the shelf. An additional note: when I arrived at 17.15 he was already shutting the venue (even if the closing time is supposed to be 17.30).

I also complained about this on the Post Office website but I am sure nothing will be done to deal with this as usual.

Tried to use ATM outside entered all details to withdraw cash then machine stopped working said 'can't process request' .Gave me card back went in postoffice to tell them they said it was nothing to do with them.
Have to wait to check balance when bank opens .

They guy behind the counter forces me to queue in the wrong queues I have to wait longer and allows other customers to be served before me while I am waiting he is also rude and accuses me of shouting at him when I am not, and tells me he doesn't need my custom as he has plenty of money himself and foes not care about his customers.

I read all the comments and I realized it's not just me but almost everyone has the same opinion about the lady at the counter. I want to use the service to check passport application for my little son. and she asked for my birth certificate when all my papers were complete and there was no information that I needed mother’s birth certificate. at the end she said if you're good then go do it. then my friend helped me finish them and send them out without her. As a result I got passport after 1 weeks. so think how a person like me who needs help even though I will pay a fee to meet someone like her will affect the future of my whole family. I have to say though, the postal service men here are really nice. they are always friendly and resolve very quickly. Just one person always magnanimous not all

I don’t want to generalise this comment to all postal workers, as I know a lot of them work very hard. However the blond haired worker I met at the post office today was extremely condescending and rude. Bearing in mind I only was politely asking for a parcel to be returned, she said “I don’t know what you want me to do here, we can’t do that, alright, find somewhere else, alright?”. All whilst raising her voice at me, and treating me like dirt on the bottom of her shoe. Work on your mannerisms, customer service, and overall judgement of whom you’re talking to for future, “alright”?

Short blonde-haired lady at till doesn't seem bothered to work. Rudely told me that I needed to print off my own returns label. Only after showing her the email stating that it's a digital return with a barcode only then she begrudgingly proceeded. Zero customer service.

How is this not open on a Saturday for Longer hours? I can't post anything during the week, it's clost for 3 quarters of the weekend and they're on strike all the time anyway. Looks like Evri is getting all my post from now on.
