Royal Mail Farnborough Delivery Office

Unbelievable, yesterday I arrived to find locked doors and a notice saying they're no longer open between 12 and 2. Put simply, Royal Mail does not want to serve the public

Please rearrange your delivery if you can, as the new opening hours are ridiculous! You've got only between 8am -10am Mon-Fri, and 8am-noon on Saturday to collect your parcel.

Absolutely ridiculous opening times and nowhere to legally park anywhere nearby! So you have just 2 hours each day (8am to 10am) to be there and you have to park on double yellows, run in and pray you don't get a ticket while you're waiting to be served!!!

This place is never open. Shuts at 10am every day, which is just silly and they never answer their phone. We are still waiting for mail 3 weeks later. We have had one delivery in the previous 3 weeks. These strikes are a bit ridiculous now and Royal Mail need to dismiss those who clearly don’t want to work and hire those who do. They are being lazy now. The pay rise being requested is silly and there are plenty of people who would love the job at the newly offered rate. Either that or open the mail service up to tender so we can get a more reliable provider.

They make the opening times up as they go along!! They used to open at random time slots throughout the day so even if you couldn't get there in the morning, you could make the 4pm-7pm slot. Now they have cancelled all over that and only open 8am-10am every day! Ridiculous!!

What a joke. 8am - 10am and my parcel is held hostage. I'll have to take holiday just to collect a parcel. With the added bonus that there is no way of telling what day or time attempted delivery of my parcel would have been. What is the point?

They don't deliver mail very often anymore and the sorting office is only open 2hours each weekday yet want more pay! Half my Christmas orders have not arrived thanks to them despite being posted to me weeks ago. Hope they're proud of ruining Christmas for many children.

I cant just get my parcel it is more than 14 days
Website says we will let you know when we attempt to your delivery.
