Needs to advertise opening hours better because of COVID. Turned up and was closed luckily a lady was just there locking the doors and managed to help me.

Very friendly and helpful staff and has great opening hours. Ideal for collecting missed deliveries or sending parcels - will definitely be using again

Absolutely useless. They have times posted for when they're open (seen in image) yet they just ignore that and shut whenever they want. Pathetic "service" - why have opening times if you completely ignore them?

This Sorting office atually has the rudest members of staff ever. Man called me forward seeing I had a few parcels to drop off then says right I can’t have this this is a customer pick up point I can’t have 2 people dropping off a load of parcels referring to a customer next to me dropping off 4 times more parcels than myself. Then made me wait to be served. Why call me to serve me to then make out it’s my fault? No customer service skills. I never leave reviews but he was so rude.

An absolute nightmare to use. It is purely pot-luck when this place is open. The sign outside show opening times, but are clearly not correct.

Tues 8-6
Weds 8-6
Thurs 8-7
Fri 8-6
Sat 8-1
Sun 11-3
Obviously bank holiday will be different

We are using this DO every day to drop off our parcels. The man working there very angry all time we coming, not scanning the parcels as too busy, also a lot of parcels stuck after drop off, and the tracking showes that they still in this DO. I have around 50 parcels lost in post at the moment. For my small business it is nightmare.

Never had any problem with royal mail concerning parcels! Fast delivery too. Royal mail Gorleston great service.👍
