Boston Post Office

Monday afternoon, 1:15pm, 1 lady working on the counter and a queue 15 people deep the entire time. Absolutely appalling service.

Been in again today, absolutely horrendous service again. The manager looked at a queue of people, put up a position closed sign, then walked out for his lunch. ONE staff member serving and by the end 10 people waiting. Total and utter joke, and unbelievably bad service. And again it was at lunchtime when they know its going to be busy. This place is a total shambles

When you come there after such a long time of not visiting post office for a send of a parcel they cannot even share glue stick or scizzors with you so you have to go the library to do that. Of course, its health and safety, but I can buy scizzors from any shop so out of a principle didn't even bother to do that. Their service usually better than in what I had to experience in Viking foreign shop, where one more post office is located.

Already there my item gone.

Never delivered.
Post office don't know nothing, and not taking responsibility for anything.

Rude behavior, non helping lady, and purposely created trouble because of being different, awful. Not going there again. Terrible.

Terrible, waiting time 40 min
10 people in queue, only one person serving, 15 people waiting when I left. Server one speed - very slow.

Saturday morning 9.08am all the counters where closed a woman came to one counter with her till box sorting out her float never said anything to another young girl came with her till float and sat in a chair sorting out her money never said anything to me. Post office opens at 9am NOT 9AM FOR CUSTOMERS AND 9.15AM FOR STAFF. I walked out without being served I was disgusted.

Not recommended. Loads of counter space but only 1 open despite there being 2 people working there. Queue for 15 minutes to get to the counter to then be asked to wait for a further 3 minutes whilst the second person asks the person serving to do something. Finally get to me then tell me I've missed the cut off time by 5 minutes and offer no solution! No customer service consideration. Diabolical. If I could give zero stars I would.

The man that served me Monday afternoon really needs to learn some customer services skills. Was very short and blunt when I asked a simple question. It was actually someone else in the queue that helped me - thank you to that young man!
