Long queue, short on staff, difficult to use self-service kiosk, no welcoming smile on staff's faces as they are always tired of customers and servicing them. Royal Mail should consider hiring more staff with adequate customer services training.

Worst Post Office I’ve come across in a long time. Massive queue. Heavily understaffed. Just plain dreary and horrible. Avoid at all costs.

Queued for an hour to pick up pre-ordered foreign currency. One member of staff only, all three self service machines out of order and a photocopied note taped to a pole advising customers that they would be closing early. This post office is consistently understaffed. Only use if you have no other choice available.

The staff are horrendously rude, I have no idea how they're employed anywhere. Had the displeasure of dealing with Denise and her manager Aditi, who not only have no clue how to do their jobs, have a strange sense of self importance.

Extremely long wait, poor staff. Seem to be trying to replace any staff they do have with self service machines! Avoid avoid avoid!

Excellent, friendly service by the South Asian lady with short hair. Sorry didn't get her name. Give her a raise!

Very rude and poor service. Mainly the two senior older staff. Seems like no one taught them manners even at this age. Such shame.

I had the misfortune to witness the very poor attitude of employee "Denisse". An aged, white, blonde woman who's customer service did not only upset a lady who was kindly asking about a letter and kept her poise very settled through the whole tormenting experience but also made everyone else in the queue feel awfully uncomfortable as she kept being condescending, disrespectful and generally grotesque towards the customer. This kind of behaviour was and is completely unacceptable from any point of customer service let alone from someone representing a multinational as it is the Royal mail itself.
Very disappointing and frustrating to witness.
