Melton Mowbray Post Office

I posted an item first class on the 29th March and it has not beed delivered. I cant find a telephone number to call so have used this way to try and get some help?? Very dissapointed indeed. My Proof Of Posting does not give a phone number either...

Why close at 3:30 on a Saturday? One of the busiest days...ridiculous.

Lovely friendly staff, I go out of my way to go there.

Asked for help today about registering a vehicle disabled for tax exemption. I was told to send to the DVLA to sort. Valley Road post office were quick and efficient did it in seconds……… 🙈
another unhelpful response from todays visit! I should have learnt my lesson. Do not use this place as a post office.

Warning if you go in there with anything be carful of the women with glasses she is absolutely vile I will never use that place again

How far stuck up her own rear end is the girl with glasses behind the counter. I know personally of three cases where she has been an a***ole, two with me, one my daughter. Others on here too I see. She needs to get off her power trip or get out of this job! Employer, sort it out!

I had brilliant service today when getting my euros, I also found the lady behind the counter very helpful 👍 😀
