Guy behind the counter is in a perpetual bad mood
Very unhelpful with prepaid item
And slightly sarcastic to an old lady in front of me
Won't go here ever again

Closing much earlier than it should be for no reason

Absolutely shocking customer service, was so rude and unhelpful. I took a prepaid parcel and complaining that they dont get paid for them and telling me off as if it was my fault.
I mostly always use the delivery office but they close early on monday hence why i went here but I'm never going again.
It's a matter that the Post Office and Royal Mail have therefore he should vent his anger toward them opposed to the customers just dropping off their parcels.
DONT SUPPORT THIS TERRIBLE SHOP OWNER

Royal mail offers to give a proof of postage for prepaid labels for free. We are all entitled to it. This post office refuses to give proof of postage, they think they can make their own rules. Will be reported !
