My experiences have always been superb. Every time I’ve walked through the door I’ve always been greeted with an incredibly warm welcome and then smiled all the way round the store. Everything I ever need is always in stock and the products are always very neatly displayed and easy to locate. I’m loving all the new drinks they have to offer, it’s clear how much they value the customer and always seem to be thinking of our needs! I always have a great chat with the members of staff and leave feeling cared for! The bake and bites next door is just as lovely and welcoming! I had a very tasty jacket potato before grabbing my bits from the shop! Keep up the great work guys!

Love supporting our local post office and shop. You are alway greeted with a smile and a friendly face . Post office staff very knowledgeable about services they offer. Shop staff efficient and caring especially to the senior members of our community

The staff on the PO counter are always so helpful, and make suggestions about the available options. Even when there is a queue, they work so efficiently, the wait time is minimal. lake Avenue is my first choice when I need to post something. Great customer service.

I regularly go to use the Post Office for work purposes and always have a pleasant experience. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I would rather do a detour to here than go to any other Post Office around Bury St Edmunds, simply because the service is so much better. I am always amazed at the variety of stock in such a small shop, and often get the odd item whilst I am there.

All staff there are friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Queues are never in there for very long and if they are then they die down very quickly. Gods and convenient place to go if you need to post/ return something or some shopping

The post office team are brilliant and have been fantastic especially over lockdown when I have had to post a large batches of items - something I would normally have done from work. They are always welcoming and accommodating.
