Welby Lane Post Office

Called them to see if they could help me with a couple of parcels as I received an email 3-5 days prior saying it reached my local post office yet it didn't come to my house. The first woman I spoke to didn't have a clue what I was asking, then got put on the phone with an extremely rude and aggressive man who kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain, I tried to tell him my tracking, shipping and address when again he cut me off and said there was nothing he could do and put the phone down on me.
