Cherry Hinton Post Office

Thank you, super fast work in busy season

I am very grateful to the staff of this post office because I had to send a very important parcel and when I finished work I ran before they closed, at the last second they did everything possible so that my parcel was sent that day. Fortunately, it was received on time at the destination the next day.
The intention to do everything possible has a very high recognition that I greatly appreciate.

It always been a 'so-so' post office. But it did things ok. Not fantastic, but ok. I don't really mind usually. But lately it got a new management. The person at the post office till is 99% of the time speaking to someone on his airpods. It is very hard to tell whether he is speaking to you or is he on the phone. He manages to do both at the same time. He can ignore your question, because he is on that phone. You have to repeat yourself. He did it once, twice, three times...but constantly? Just feels like a new level of disrespect to your customers. Yeah sure, they redesigned. The place looks better than it used to before. But people who were there previously would at least had decency to speak to you normally. Its just a wrapper.

The opening hours change constantly and don't match the official post office website hours (which clearly state the Cherry Hinton PO is open 9am-1pm). Interesting to see that the owner (below) says they are open at 9am Mon-Fri as I specifically arrived at 9am today and was turned away.
