Could not fault them at all. Super quick to resolve my missed delivery, Neil answered the phone in the most uplifting and professional way I have ever heard and it made me smile! Our parcel was then delivered within 30 minutes and they kept me updated every step of the way! Absolute SUPERSTARS!!

Awful place to get to. No parking. Looked at like something you scraped off your foot for turning up there. Just the worst customer service.

No parking and awful customer service, I waited almost 10 minutes at the counter whilst about 20 people walked past completely ignoring me. Every time I rung the bell I could hear them all screaming and laughing like children around the back, and rude service when I finally got it - sort it out!

An item was collected from at company at 16.21 48 HOUR TRACKED DELIVERY on Friday 25th November. I am still waiting delivery and the earliest it will arrive is Tuesday 6th, if indeed it turns up then. I was told they prioritise tracked packages.This does include 3 working days lost to a strike, but the excuse this sorting office gives for all the remaining lost days, is the fact they are slowly clearing the backlog. 11 days for a 48 hour tracked package! This isn't the 1970's they need to understand they are no longer a monopoly, now competing for business with private courier companies and Amazon.

What kind of opening hours are these supposed to be? Don'st listen to delivery instructions, kidnap your mail, and refuse to open delivery office at anything like a useful time? Absolute joke of a service.

The short opening hours are incredibly unhelpful. Yes it's my responsibility to check the opening hours in advance but it's not unreasonable to expect a service to be open past 11am. People have different schedules and to be only open 3 hours a day for something which people may rely on is unacceptable.

Rubbish!!! Kept trying to find my long lost parcel from Coalville delivery depot, Melton mowbray, no help whatsoever.
