Long opening hours, no queues, cash withdrawal available without fee, postal services, small parking place. Necessities and alcohol available. Friendly staff!

As the most local shop where I live, and with post office features, guess it's handy, if I don't need to go to town. But I say things as they are, their prices are "EXTORTIONATE", hence given their location, walking distance of many local roads, have the monopoly of making an absolute fortune, as virtually the only shop near, aside from the one at Valley Rd.
Plus those who run it and serve, could really consider brushing up on their greet and serve skills, rather than make you feel uncomfortable. Went in one day, my atm card
was not reading properly, the assistant looked at me like dirt, saying "it's declined" felt really ashamed, left feeling upset!!!!

Friendly and welcoming staff with long opening hours. Offers loads of services e.g postal services, parking and all the food and drink you’ll require! Defiantly better than a trip into town!

They just can't seem to get it right and the young lad there is totally lazy. Avoid them. We are taking our business elsewhere.

They don’t seem to know when they are open or not. Open but no one in the shop to serve but apparently they come back later in the evening? Waste of time please fix opening hours to reflect when you are open and not waste peoples time. Also like to charge parcel rate for large letter size.

Open but not open. Happened several times now. Shop open post office meant to be open, but no one there to serve. The poor lady in the shop explains you have to wait always for the man to come back to the post office as he comes to serve people from 6pm onwards.

CHECK YOUR TRACKING RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY INPUT THE WRONG SERVICE!! I sent a parcel via Parcel Force and specifically asked for signed and recorded; destination Hong Kong. The item was an expensive product that I was returning bought through Amazon worth around £1000. At the post office she assured me it will be signed for etc so I'll be able to track it. I've only just discovered the delivery service she pulled me in on is the Economy one which means beyond the Hong Kong customs I may not get updates for the whereabouts of my parcel. I really don't know where i'm gonna go with this apart from making a formal complaint to Royal Mail via their website which I've been advised by their Customer services over the phone. Definitely won't be using them again because I've just read the previous terrible reviews. It's better to travel to the High Street
