Hythe Post Office

As a local small business owner, I've been using Hythe Post Office nearly every day for the last ten years and it's been an absolute godsend. They kept the service running throughout the pandemic and coped admirably with the huge changes wrought by Brexit, providing an efficient and professional service balanced with the individual needs of their many customers and businesses. Lesley, Vani, Helen and Asvini are a terrific team and we're lucky to have them.

ANITA who works in here is disgustingly rude!! Could not believe how she spoke to somebody in there today. Gross. You have signs up asking for reviews, well here's mine: Avoid avoid avoid!

Lesley makes the post office experience wonderful.

Just wanted to add that my passport renewal application that I sent via your check and send service went off on 4th October and the new passport has arrived safely already on 14th! Very quick - only 10 days - great stuff!

Was crazy in there and instead allowing me to get my parcel posted back to Amazon as a drop off. I had to queue up and then the woman from the other counter calls me over to her. I said I was at yours and you told me to queue over here. A bit of a silly system if I'm honest, also they finally opened up another Post office counter and then a guy from Open reach comes in so she goes off and talking to him about whatever. Was a nightmare down here today.

The bloke that works in here is SO rude and unprofessional! He had all manner of complaints. Took all my xmas parcels elsewhere where they were accepted without issue, and won't be going back to hythe post office.

Well, we will not be using this Post Office again. Whoever the gentleman ( i use that word very loosely ) that was serving there today is just about the rudest person i have ever come across. If he is that unhappy then he needs to seek alternative employment!
