Colman Road Post Office

Very nice little store handy to have close by also with the post office included as well.
Although it has been temporarily unavailable I hope they resume it ASAP.
Often grab anything you need here and it's open until late.
Always found staff helpful.

Rude staff, customer service is absolutely awful here. When serving you they pretend you don’t exist and carry on their chit chat. Hours advertised are wrong and the post office seemed to be temporarily closed on a recent visit. Don’t waste your time.

This post office is NEVER open, despite what google says. In the last 5 months, I've probably tried to use it 7/8 times and each time, I've not been able to.
The excuses I usually get are: "It's opening later than normal today", "It's closed early today", "oh the printers not working". I tried to call ahead once to check if it was open but they didn't pick up. Don't bother going as you will waste your time. Just go to one that actually opens.

Terrible post office. Post office randomly shuts as far as I can tell at the convenience of the extremely rude staff member. I've just walked there to be told at 2.50pm on a Friday that the post office is closed.

How the lady who we spoke to works in customer service I have no idea. Swore and shouted that she doesn’t care about this job.
Closed 10 mins early despite myself and a couple other customers rushing to get to the post office before it closed.
The lady also refused to provide her name and was not wearing her name badge… how convenient. This happened 26th Jan 2022. At 17:21

Incredibly rude service assistant! I’ve used this post office a few times & been served by the same lady. She has zero customer service skills & is clearly in the wrong job! In this day & age where customer service is key, she has definitely fell under the radar!

Love this shop and post office. They have everything you need including good beers. Post office is open late, even on Sunday! Most of the staff are cheerful and friendly.

Appalling care and staff know nothing about what services the post office offer. Use any other post office, you will actually save time by driving 10 minutes further away.
