Friendly staff, opening hours can be limited in the evening though

Unprofessional. Rude. Utterly incompetent. Shop was not busy, I arrived at the post office 10 minutes before they closed and they refused to let me buy a stamp. The person in front of me in the queue got served. No one was behind me in the queue. Pure laziness and very unprofessional. They decided to close 5 minutes before they were meant to. I stated this to the employee and they still turned me away and didn’t apologise. I suggest going to a different post office and corner shop for that matter as the staff have no basic customer service skills whatsoever.

Always closed way before their closing times. Even when you call in advance to check, they still close after assuring you they'll be open over the phone. Happened on different occasions! Ask them why and they say its cause the lady has gone home early - brilliant

The post office part is unreliable - I understand they're short staffed. To reflect this they need to change their opening times. Rather than stating they are open when in fact they're not! The rest of the shop is totally fine. Hence the 3 stars.

The big lady with with a terrible attitude today 1st of sept AM visit stinks !!! No customer service skills very rude and abrupt. Trying to charge £3.43 for a large letter. Awful post office and the shops a mess. Won’t be going back there ever again

Great post office which staff are doing their best to run in difficult times . They can't always be open although the internet says they are with staff shortages . It can shut as and when they need to for all sorts of reasons but always warranted and people need to be patient

Unreliable. Post office will say open on Google, but when you go in the middle of the day they've closed without a valid reason.
The opening times changed without warning too
