Heanor Post Office

All the stuff you'd expect or need from a post office, staff can be a bit rude.

A small post office, staff are always friendly and helpful. You can get a card for a discount on parcel force. They will give you a form here.
As with all post offices they are inefficient at dealing with the public and waiting in line is normal.

I had a delivery today and I was told to go to this post office and collet it. BT Box in parcel . The man behind counter said to me what's your name, I told him and he said there no parcel here for you, he said to me do you have right post office, well yes sir i do,,,,,, Available for collection
Heanor Post Office [DE75 7GD] it doesn't make sense.

Was served by an elderly man who was rude and patronising. I wanted some usa one dollar notes with other denominations and he told me rudely that I would get what I got. He also kept licking his fingers whilst counting the money. He proceeded to ask me 'are you happy now'. Shocking.

Friendly, helpful and efficient....

such rude elderly man behind the counter, not fit for purpose for this elderly man to be working there, I went in to do my business banking and needed some change, he refused immediately before I could say I'm here to do my business banking, when I explained I'm here for business banking (which they are contracted to) he gave me a dirty look.
