I called in there yesterday to send a parcel, an eBay return. There were two in the office ahead of me so I went in and waited. When the Royal Mail employee appeared, she abruptly and rather rudely told us that according to COVID rules only one person was allowed in the office at a time. "There's a notice on the door", she snapped. Since COVID rules have been abandoned almost everywhere, I thought that this was a bit much, but it was more her ATTITUDE that bothered me. I got back in my car and went elsewhere.

Every time a package comes with Royal Mail I cannot do anything else on that day, waiting for them to arrive. When the couriers arrive they do not knock, they just insert through the door the ticket with "come next day to pick up your package" even though I've payed for home delivery. It happened to me three times. This is scandalous. When I picked up my package the second time, I was complaining about this and they told me that I should have stayed near the door.

Posties go above and beyond , put note through or leave with neighbour as requested. Odd time if it’s signed for it goes back to office. The recent opening times of delivery office could be better for people who are working. But I believe in supporting our posties. If we don’t we may lose the service they provide.

Didn't ring bell or knock on door- just put card through letterbox & took packet back to sorting office for me to collect!

Item showing as delivered today and signed for at 6.18am, for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered yesterday.

What is the point of paying extra for a tracked service when tracking info is incorrect?

So I rang royal mail, they stated that the parcel was not delivered, but was due to be delivered today. So why update the info to confirm delivery?? Il tell you why, it's so that there statistics add up and they can lie about how good there service is and how they deliver all of there parcels on time.

Hey me again, it's the 14 Oct 21 and guess what? Yes Royal mail certainly live up to there tactics because they've done it again. Parcel is showing as delivered at 11.27am and it's now 2.50pm. My trusty friend Mr R Doorbell doesn't lie.

They NEVER answer the phone!!. I can't get their sometimes due to illness so if a package hasn't arrived at my house on the due date I have rang up several times on the same day and get NO answer!!. If I have to pick something up they are polite. Maybe there isn't enough time to answer the phone if there's ONLY one person dealing with customers in the depot ?

Ignorant and lazy people...nobody never answer calls... my tracking show my .. item was arrived... in Pendle delivery office... ( but I pay for delivery at home ) when I go there she was so lazy to look for my parcel... she see on computer is not there... but how is possible ? She told me call costumer services.. I call for 3h but nobody answer... my question is where is my parcel ? Showing me in theyr office.. but is not ... even post man don't know nothing...magickly nobody know nothing ... NO HELP! F...
