Tewkesbury Road Post Office

I've been a regular business customer of the newsagents and post office for 12 years. Always been accommodating and helpful on both sides of the business. They provide a reliable and regular service at the sharp end of a much bigger organisation. I would have struggled without the excellent support which all the staff have afforded me over the years

Poor service avoid post office as not part of royal mail, sent a speical delivery paid £8.40 for next day delivery, went all way to bristol than returning to me, despite haveing the address clearly written on the box. The person whom done this clrarly coulndnt read. Rang this morning as was advised by royal mail to ask for refund as i did not receive the service i paid for, the female whom answered phone was so unhelpfull wanted me to take the package in to show her. Despite its still making its way back to me she clearly wants to get another £8.40 off me to get item to the person whom should have had it, shes haveing a laugh. Hope she enjoys the £8.40 shes had off me, guess her bussiness must be bad to refuse me my refund that royal mail wanted me to have back.

This is my number 1 place to go to as I live next door. The staff are very helpful to Customers that go in there. The owner or happy and cheerful. I am not joking if you need something sent out please don't hesitate go in and ask question.

Rude staff. It's never a smooth service and on few occasions it was closed for no apparent reason so wasted my time. Just different place in Cheltenham and avoid this office.

Incredibly rude woman working at the counter of the post office: dismissive, petty, weirdly aggressive for no reason - it’s pretty wild how bad the customer service is here.
They also closed 5 mins before the scheduled time and some guy couldn’t post his order and was dismissed with no explanation. Insane!

The manager is so rude. I called to find out the tracking information I wasn’t given and she said they will have given me the number as they never make mistakes! When I said I didn’t appreciate her suggesting I was lying, she suddenly started having a go at me for calling her a liar. She wouldn’t have it when I tried to clarify that I hadn’t said that and refused to give me her name. Clearly she upsets people a lot given how she was obviously making up the conversation for the benefit of other people at her end! Weird.

The guy who works behind the counter is so lazy. Twice when I've posted a parcel there recently he hasn't bothered to ask the value etc. When I asked him if the package would be signed for he just shrugged. Not going to give him any more business.
