Times advertised on googlecmaps not as actual at office, years out of date, have submitted updated hours. Anoying seeing as i had walked a mile to go there.

Little point this place being open to the public . 8am to 10am clearly fits todays working person's schedule for collection ! Not ! And yes the bloke on the front desk is s miserable as they come.

Awful twice failed to deliver parcel despite me being stood I the window AFTER reordering it !!! I’ve no car and office is 3 mile away !! Pathetic pointless having the app JOKE

Shocking customer service. Guy was blunt unhelpful and blamed anything else for why i was unhappy. Depot hours wrong on Google. Reluctant to accept me cause my address was different on my licence but name correct. I won’t be returning if I can help it.

Open hours are wrong on Google. Says closes at 1pm Friday. Turned up at 12:15 and notice on door says closes at 12:30 but was already closed. Also number on card is invalid to rebook online.
