Post box - Royal Mail (High Street banks)

The Royal Mail double post pillar box in Berkhamsted on the High Street opposite all the banks near the crossroads with upper and Lower Kings Roads. This one has been designated an NHS Priority Postbox during the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Berkhampsted High Street strangely has three of these double post boxes, and they are normally positioned outside the town's main Post Office, which none of them are anymore. This is the middle box of the three. This box is obviously fine for pedestrian users but not so good for passing motorists. Although there are no restrictions with yellow lines, it's aligned with the crossroads traffic light lanes, so pulling over right next to it is not advisable. Lay-bys are provided back from the crossroads but restrictions may apply.
