Letchworth Local, Post Office & Convenience Store

Went to this post office on Monday. They were very busy, but the best thing was all the staff were very friendly, calm and very welcoming.

Recently visited the post office and found out its under new management, staff was very friendly and helpful, I would recommend others to go and experience the change.

I’m a local in the grange so this is my main post office shop. I’m always in here returning my items without no problem whatsoever. 1/2 times post has been closed but that’s due to the person having lunch which is very fair. Another reviewer mentioned about not being buggy friendly. Yes this is a very small post office however the staff are not to blame for the architecture of the building. The staff here whom I’ve seen recently are very friendly who always seem to be happy for a nice little chat. Always a pleasant experience

visited the branch today for Post Office service and staff was excellent. I had 10 packages to post but took less time then I thought.
Would recommend local's to use the Post Office Branch purely because of service.

better customer service since new management has taken over, more efficient, getting my newspaper delivered on time, which was not happening earlier with previous management. Visited post office twice, was served by new manager philips received excellent customer service.

I think the post office here has been a great addition to the Grange - very convenient for me. You can use the post office services any time the shop is open - I have also posted packages on Sunday with no problem. Thanks to the new management and staff.

Not happy that in this shop one of the staff behind the counter wasn't wearing mask due Covid 19. Also at least two costumer came in without Mask and the staff didn't say anything about it. So felt unprotected. Also not long ago went to this post office to send a package abroad the gentleman behind the counter didn't explain how to fill in some information about the package. I asked if what I wrote was enough he said yes. It resulted in the package to return to me for missing information about goods and I lost £10 that I paid for the post. Not going back to this shop anytime soon.

Fantastic, friendly, accommodating service. Letchworth Local have been delivering newspapers, milk, groceries and fruit to my elderly parents since lockdown. They are very accommodating and friendly with attention to detail. They have been a Godsend to me. Thank you Philip.
