Evington Road Post Office

I cannot believe how rude both the "gentleman" and lady are. Absolutely beyond awful. The lady thinks she's the Queen of the manner with such horrendous arrogance. Sure take a phone call whilst serving customers then call over your servant husband to eventually take over.
And the man is just a barking dog who will do anything to get rid of you. Stop selling things cash only too and having a mood if we ask to pay with card.
Possibly the consistently worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Not to mention the bully tactics they use to upsell services or else your parcel seems to go missing. They really do force people into a corner and the most vulnerable are taken advantage of.
Someone at head office needs to review these owners as nobody has a good word to say about them.
They behave like they're doing us a favour by serving us. I'd rather drive to Evington village than deal with these guys again.
Should be ashamed of themselves. 0 stars is generous.

Worst customer service ever, wish I could give it 0 stars. The lady working kept calling next but there was another man in the que. I started to look over and the lady again said next and started telling me to come forward with her hands so aggressively. I was with my disabled grandma and I explained to her there was someone else in the que and not to wave her hands at her. She was being so rude it was beyond believe and the attitude on her is disgusting. By looking at all the other reviews a lot of people feel the same.

Absolutely disgusting how the one woman there serving customers as her job and getting paid for it, is sooo rude. I cannot comprehend how the post office can hire people like her acting as if she is doing me a favour by being there. The man there was always friendly. Well she must've been demoted to be off the actual post office section. It's unbelievable the level of customer service in that one post office. I'm more than certain this isn't across all

I took my prepaid labelled bag to them at 4:45 but they did not accept. They said they did not have enough place.
When I said How am I supposed to find another post office at this hour of the day, the so called “gentleman” turned his finger up the air and said ‘plenty if you google’.
They refuse Royal Mail bags since I pay online. They don’t do what they are supposed to do.

Disgusting customer service! The owner needs sacking off! Horrible person with a horrible attitude! They will try to swindle and overcharge any unsuspecting or elderly customers and they treat the elderly like dirt especially if English is not their first language! Royal Mail need to dispose of and sack the current workers at this post office and remove the current owner from ownership.

Deserves 0 stars! The staff at this post office are the most rude and aggressive post office staff in the whole country! The arrogant and sheer condescending nature of the staff is appalling! Especially the main lady that runs the place! She's vile!

The staff never smile or say thank you. A very depressing post office where the staff need some training. It costs nothing to be friendly and to say thank you!

I still can believe they still working there for long years why the government or the council they not try to change that type of workers the worsted service ever… rude with everybody wow so many complain but they still work there…
