UK Mail

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Do not use to send your parcels and I will no longer order items from any company that use DHL/UK mail. No communication, no text about dispatch, no timeslot as advised. 3 days late. NO way what so ever to talk to a human. None. Only 1 number where you have to enter your shipment number for an update. Which was wrong. Otherwise tells you to go on the website. You can't even complain through their number! Not sure how they get away with it to be honest. Definitely the worst courier firm about.

Paid for next day delivery. Did not arrive even though track the parcel said we were next to be delivered. Then they had the cheek to email that they tried to deliver but we weren't in. Trying to call them is impossible as its automated. You can only get a real person to talk to after 6.30. This was yesterday. Today exactly the same thing we have been next parcel to deliver since 11am this service is disgusting and disappointing. Still waiting for delivery. Will never use them for a delivery again.

1.Driver didn't leave any consignment card after the delivery was "attempted," however I was at home at the time of "attempting" and there nobody ring the bell...
2.Have to rearrange delivery to a local parcel shop which did not accept the delivery/parcel for some reason. Again, it shouldn't happen.
3.Following days, DHL kept sending to the shop, but the advisors (about 5 of them) was saying that parcel will be delivered to the home address, and it has been for 8 days now. The advisors don't know what they are doing and how to deal with this situation and the system is way behind compare to DPD. So disappointed.
4. Have to call them up several times and each time took me to wait in the queue in average 25 minute per each call. Overall very bad experience wasted a lot of time for waiting delivery and on calls. No communication. Will have to pick up by myself in Slough 1h 30 min one way of traveling.

Useless service, paid for 2 parcels for collection between 8am-5pm with next day delivery and 3 days later get an email advising advising collection between 6.43pm - 7.43pm? Tried the "customer service" number to "speak to an advisor" but only an automated line that doesn't recognize the reference they emailed me. Absolute joke, will never use again, given 1 star because none is not an option.

I have used them few times and never any problem.Best is to drop the parcel to the depot.Always delivered on time

I visited the UK MAIL Slough depot for a Saturday 10 AM collection and I've been kindly assisted by Efatima. There was no queue and the staff went the extra mile to assist me with a sensitive delivery issue. I was really impressed by her friendliness and efficiency , thanks a lot!
