Broadclyst Stores and Post Office

Great local shop that focuses on environmentally friendly options and includes supporting and sourcing from local suppliers.
Has selection of birthday cards/balloons available and always a friendly welcome from all staff.

Visited broadclyst post office on Wednesday and this Friday after finishing work, to get gas top-up via payzone unable to get the gas top-up due to the system not working,staff not very helpful, standards have dropped since change of ownership

Used to be a very handy little shop and PO but friendliness and customer service are non existent now 😢

The last straw for me was when I commented, to the woman owner, how good the red haired lady serving me was 😃. Shockingly I received a very sarcastic “Er….yeah, I know!” as if I had just insulted her. Anyone decent would have received the compliment graciously and be grateful a customer felt that way!!

Sorry, but I don’t pay to be spoken to in that manner there’s enough doom and gloom about, than to leave a shop feeling like you’ve had your face slapped!

Such a shame as this used to be a great little place. Will avoid, like so many others do, in future.

Went in today to use the postoffice and was welcomed by a friendly lady. Quick helpful and professional. Easy to find and near by parking is handy.
