very rude & unprofessional - would not recommend to trust with any of my valuable packages being delivered there in the future.
They had packages laying around in the open that anyone can walk into the store & grab. They do not secure in a professional manner.
Additionally the customer service is non existent, the female behind the counter was offensive in the way she speaks to customers. It was a complete waste of time trying to resolve a lost package to the point the lady would only blame me for how she lost the package. Very little to no logical reasoning, it was bizarre experience. It was evident she was only going to continue to be spewing her nonsense so I eventually left without resolution. Knowing I never have to waste my time hearing such nonsense again is enough for me, I suggest to avoid using their services at all costs.

Went in there this morning to post a parcel and was firstly ignored (whilst the chap finished his own personal phone call) and then shouted at for coming too early at 9:05am!! The gentleman owner definitely needs some customer service focused training Avoid this post office like the plague!!

Scammed me for 30p that was the only money I had. Said I was shouting but was clearly not. Never go there pointless and a waste of money. Shouted at a customer who’s giving them money so a bit dumb. 0 star if I could absolutely terrible.

rude rude and rude, impossible to post anything there without them trying to upsell unnecessary add ons and demanding to know what is in the packages ( I just make it up anyway ) . I only use them if not convenient to go elsewhere. Thank you and please are not words they seem to know.

Always had great service here, so it’s a shame about the negative reviews from 1+ years ago. Make sure you read the opening hours correctly - I think that’s where most people go wrong.
