Colden Common Post Office

The staff would not open it despite there being four members of coop staff present, saying that no-one was trained to sell me a stamp. Very disappointing when it's supposed to be open the same hours as the coop

Closes at random, hardly ever open. Supposed to be able to use post office services when co-op open. Never happens.

Claims it is open until 5pm, but you will be lucky if it's open past 4pm, just seem to only have one person who knows how to work in there and they go home whenever, regardless of what the advertised opening hours are.
Would give 0 stars if i could as I couldn't actually use the service to be disappointed by it

If I could give no stars I WOULD! "If the shops open we're open" Hahaha!! what a joke! The last 7 times I have attempted this post office it was open ONCE!! Dreadful!

Lovely post office. Very friendly staff. Have done a great job over the very difficult last year we have had.

Useless and unhelpful staff, seem to open and close the post office whenever they feel like it!!

Not open. Closed on whim. No staff apparently.
