Albert Road Post Office

Went to post some pre paid items from eBay. I was confronted by a man who was unhappy and rude saying he doesn't get commission for my postage and he wont make any money from it and suggested next time i buy the labels through him for a higher price. never had an issue in any post office before. i understand its a business but at least respect your customers.

The bald guy with glasses is absolutely vile. Judging by the other reviews, many people agree. Screamed at me and my young child for touching a card. The customers were totally shocked. Heard from lovely staff in a different branch that they have almost daily complaints about him and yet he's still allowed to work there. If rather walk 20 mins or of my way to not use the Albert road branch. Formal complaint made

Very friendly, good customer service. I have mostly been in because it’s one of the places I can get parking permits for my house and when people to come visit I need them. The lady behind the counter has always been polite and eager to help asking if there’s anything else that sort of thing. Good post office.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. As well as the usual Post Office services, they also sell greetings cards and stationery.

For a small post office it full of community spirit to all the staff Ty for you service.

Met a old lady there, very unprofessional, rude and totally acted like a bitter racist.

I was very appalled and astonished by her level of professionalism, very wrong.

Pls AVOID TOTALLY IF YOU CAN.

The gentleman who works in the shop - bald with glasses - rude and completely unprofessional. No idea how he has been able to hold a job there. Shouted at my girlfriend for picking up the wrong box from a shelf which was a complete mess. Do yourself a favour and head to Palmerston Road Post Office where the staff are lovely and actually developed the ability to interact with humans.

The staff at Albert rd post office are Always polite , efficient and helpful and especially the two lovely ladies . Happy new year to you all
