Open recently after Refurbishment it is now a Postoffice with Londis shop. Looks bright and very welcoming. The staffs are very kind and helpful.

I would give zero stars. This post office said they didn't have my parcel, after two wasted trips. They kept telling me to come back the next day. Each time I had to queue for quite some time. They said they didn't even have the parcel on their system, although I had the confirmation email and reference number from Royal Mail that it had already definitely been delivered to the North Harrow post office. They told me to call Royal Mail and were really rude, saying they couldn't help. I asked them to look again because I didn't really have time to call Royal Mail. They were reluctant but looked again and found the parcel. If I hadn't insisted they look again they would have sent me on a wild goose chase after 2 wasted trips. To top it all, the staff were extremely rude, even though it was me who had been inconvenienced. When I asked what their complaints procedure was - the woman at the counter said that there wasn't one.
Needless to say I won't be using them again. There are other local post offices that offer a polite and efficient service. I've lived in Harrow for decades and never had this type of unpleasant experience at a post office before.

Normally go to this post office to post my eBay packages, however have noticed they never charge correctly for postage, packets clearly fit through the letter box and they still charge £3, only really realised when I went to the Pinner post office and they tried harder to help me pay the least possible for my packages, rather then just saying no. At least they put the packages through the letter box testing thing they have. Because of this I now go to Pinner, which is further but I feel I’m paying the correct prices. Other then this staff are friendly and polite.

Loved the friendly staff at this P.O.! So helpful and caring. Google has written the wrong opening and closing times, that is why they are having so many complaints. They are also the only P.O. in this area that do the international driving permit that you have to get before Brexit. It is also the best post office I've ever been to!!!

Same as other people I would give a 0 stars if I could. This has to be one of the worst post offices in Harrow. Requested signed for postage the lady stuck a special delivery sticker on and I said no 1st Signed for. So the label was removed and I was sold the right postage. Now it turns out that the letter didn't arrive at the destination even 2 weeks later so assuming it's gone missing or still there. Royal Mail are generally good with deliveries and I have never had a failed item other than posting at this ridiculous place. That's the only copy of an important document gone because of these idiots. I use Pinner Post office now who have better professional friendly staff and don't lose mail.

Like the previous reviewer, if I could give zero stars I would. The reason for this review is because this is the THIRD instance whereby the post office has given me a ridiculous level of service. The first instance was when I posted next day guaranteed delivery, first class... can you guess what happened? yes they didn't deliver for 2 days! I mean at least it got there right? The second instance from this store was purchasing the same delivery that I just mentioned, I thought that it was a blip but nope they had DUPLICATED the label so when I checked the tracking it said my parcel was delivered and I couldn't track what I had just sent, I went back into the post office to ask what had happened, and yep you guessed it they hadn't a clue, I had to insist they report it and call up Royal Mail because they messed up. I was told by one of the managers that he would call me when he had news as he would contact the district manager but he didn't - incredibly shabby service. Then today was the final straw, I had returned parcels at the post office and left when I realised my keys were missing. As this was the only place I had been and had retraced my steps I went back to the post office to ask them if anything had be handed in they told me no, completely uninterested and they literally could not be bothered to help. I asked if they could check the CCTV and the woman turned around and said that she didn't have the code and a man would be coming in at 12 (its around 11am) so they wanted me to wait around a whole hour wasting time. I asked if she could call him and she point blank was like no he won't give it why dont you check the bin or file a police report? Pathetic and disgusting service from these people. They act entitled and WILL NOT help you.

Update: One of the women obviously had read this review and took offence, confronted me in a unprofessional tone and suggested I no longer use their services - all laughing!

What they fail to note is they are workers FOR Royal Mail and I’m using their services - with my own labels therefore if I choose to send a letter I will because I know it’ll be done properly if I frank it myself.

Their unprofessional behaviour has now been reported to Royal Mail and the post office today who have both said they will launch an investigation into this.

Imagine being a business that instead of apologising to their customers, who they rely on for a successful business, attacks them in store for HONEST reviews

Honestly I wouldn’t have come here if I had checked the reviews first! Like another reviewer the staff are rude, they act entitled but above any other thing they cannot do their job properly! They duplicated a label and now I’m having to chase Royal Mail to make sure my parcel isn’t lost! The amount of stress this is!

They need retraining- get on a customer service course!

Clearly the people at this branch see these reviews because they occasionally respond to the half decent experiences people leave, they fail to see the negative ones though (and there’s a lot) so surely you would take the time to reflect on why?!!! but honestly so annoyed - I’ve reported them to Royal Mail and post office for lack of conduct and rudeness.

If I could score zero or below I would. Taking I box designed to be used as Royal Mail small parcelled size, 16x35x45 cm, prepaid for a postage label, and weighing below the 2 kg weight limit. Apparently it measures 16.5 cm in height due to the addition of packing tap, box packing paper to protect items in box. My mistake for not taping tightly enough.
The lady behind the desk refused to accept and that I'd incorrectly labelled it. I was advised to pay for medium sized and pay again. Wow. Now I'm a reasonable person but I don't see the addition of some sticky tape will affect Royal Mail's ability to transport this parcel, for the sake of a few mm.

Thinking back this is the third time this particular cashier has refused one of my prepaid packages. Do I feel discriminated, quite a bit, I'm from a different ethnic background, and I've never had any issue with any of the other staff in the branch.

Also to point out that the same package was successfully posted in the Harrow on the Hill branch in the WHSmith. Am I surprised...no.

Save your time and go elsewhere, I cannot recommend this place at all.
