Royal Mail North Kensington Enquiry Office

Worst nightmare having to collect and parcel from here. They are so slow and take so long finding each item so the queue builds until it’s down the street outside,utter incompetence. No urgency shown from the two women behind the desk, it’s almost unbearably frustrating. You have one job.. find a system and staff that are capable to deliver for the customer.

Gosh - another review in the 'dreadful' pile - at least they're consistent. They sent me a message on Friday saying my parcel was being delivered 'next working day' (Monday). Turns out, they apparently attempted to deliver it on Saturday, so now I have to chase my parcel and queue up to get it. No message from them about the attempted early delivery. Wow - someone with a brain should take over the management or Royal Mail.

Opening hours online are incorrect. Really really annoying and a waste of a 40 minute walk.

The best delivery/sorting office with the kindest staff. Since Lanhill road to moving to their new location - the Royal Mail staff have always been a pleasure to see especially the lady with the glam nails!

Incompetence at its finest the two female staff at this delivery office are useless! I am convinced the Royal Mail will be bankrupt in the next 2 years and all jobs lost - to think we are in a first world country with such poor service baffles me

The woman who helped me was very fast and professional, I came in at noon on a weekday and all was clear. Absolutely no complaints from me!

Stop local post office all miss items they taken from them. 😋

Awful service. Post man says you were not in but does not try to ring you or ring the doorbell and just leaves a card. Also card is not clear and you don’t understand where your parcel is being held. Every time a parcel is delivered from this post office I have to go and pick it up whereas parcels from my local post office (Maida hill) are always delivered on time. If I could I’d give 0 stars
