Thamesmead Post Office

If I could give a zero, I would.
Careless and over charging, went the other day, the staff (older guy) throwing and dropping parcel and no apology, took my parcel to another post office and they charged me £2 less than what he was trying to charge me.

Very good service. Used them several times and received excellent service every time.

So rude! Very annoying staff presence and pointless opening and closing hours, I hate having to go here

My last visit to Thamesmead Post Office was warming experience for me. I am wheelchair bound and often struggle to manoeuvre around local shops: Majority of the time I have to stay outside. However, this wasn't the case with Thamesmead Post Office. I was served by a very kind lady called Pinky, who was unstanding and patient with my needs. It was the same with the rest of the staff as well: They were welcoming and made it possible for me to be able to shop in their store for myself.

Have had 3 incidents where I sent parcel and the receiver had received half of the contents sent. I think they need to investigate them because I assume my parcel got opened and they took something out. Have also had times where parcel get lost.

I had a new British Gas smart meter, so the gas provider gave me a pay as you go key number to top up my meter, they post office staff said there WiFi was not working? But they have taken £20 out my bank account? Telling me to call British Gas they never took my money the post office did? I’ve called them this morning and they are no help! I want my money back? I have proof from the post office stealing my money.
