Knaphill Post Office

Amazing staff and shop, the post office helped me resolve a item which was on its way which I hadn't received the money from the buyer of the item! No problem at all and it saved me a lot of money and stress! Thank you, Alfie.

Saj is rude and expects people to know how the post office works. All I wanted to do is send a parcel recorded delivery and what I didn’t know is that it was already paid for. Instead of him saying that to me, all he said was “doesn’t need it” I said to him, “id prefer to send it recorded” he then said to me in a sarcastic way “I TOLD YOU, YOU DON’T NEED TO DO IT AS THEY HAVE PAID FOR IT”
I said to him, well it didn’t know that. He then threw the receipt at me under the counter and walked away. Funny enough, when he wants you to vote for him as the local councilor, he’s all smiles and chatty at your front door.

Wow what excellent service and all with a smile. Prior to finding this PO the service i received was poor and uninformative they couldnt wait to move on. The guys here were really helpful and couldnt do enough. More post offices like this please

I have lived in the area over 20 years, the services we received from Knaphill Post office are great and continue to do their best to help and support the community with their best.

Extremely rude, vile and obnoxious postmaster. Attempted to pick up a parcel and I was being served by another member of staff. Due to my barcode not scanning, Saj walks over, interrupts us and says (rudely) “that’s not ours” I then said “where’s the other news agents”?
He said (aggressively again) “we’re not a news agents, we’re a post office” I asked him where it was and he was so sarcastic with tell me where it was. At this point, I could feel my bloody boiling. I told him that there’s no reason to be rude. He stated he wasn’t being rude. I then walked away (said a few naughty words to him)
How this bloke ever became Mayor is beyond me. Ironically, he’s quite happy to speak to you like something he’s trod in, but when you speak to him in the same manner he gets defensive. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

No one waiting in the queue and the postmaster, Saj was standing there counting pennies. He looked at me, didn't say a word and carried on counting these pennies. I waited for another 10 seconds then walked out and went to another post office. Rubbish service.

Great post office and really helpful staff. Definitely one of the best in our local area and I hope it stays that way for years to come

Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Every time I visit I find something else that I didn't know they stock, there is such a wide selection of items in their shop at reasonable prices so always worth looking here first.
They have also been fantastic support to various causes and events I have been involved with locally. Their support to the community is outstanding.
