Harlow Post Office

Came to collect parcel. Waiting for over 15 min. Loads people and there is only one inexperienced person left on class season! Still loads of people in front of me. It is busy season, why would you leave only one person to serve all those people and that haven't had training yet! Ridiculous!!! Very bad organising..

Very poor customer service. Was treated with such disrespect. I was already inside the shop rushing to get all the things i need in order to send my item in which i even asked for help at the royal mail till, so they were aware i would be sending an item at the time. However time went by and after a lot of rushing around I had reached the till at exactly 17:30, in which i tried to reason with this one member of staff but she said that i should have managed my time better and been there earlier as well as the fact that she wanted to go home. I mean, i understand it's your closing time but there is other ways to go about it, other than being passive aggressive towards your customers as well as telling them how they should live their lives as i would have gone earlier if i had the chance to do so.

Great to deal with the folks in the sorting office. As usual the back office staff don’t get recognised. Well accept this that I have found there service absolutely fantastic. Keep up the great work.

Not a good set up. 5 windows, but more often than not, only 1 or 2 open. When this happens there is usually a 3rd person walking about aimlessly when they should be at a window to provide better customer service. There is absolutely no need for people to queue at get upset when the staff can do better.

The old woman at the counter has no respect for anyone, she clearly hates her job and is constantly rude. She was rude to me when I went to collect a package, and she was rude to my wife to also went to collect a a package a month later.

Staff are extremely unprofessional and inadequately trained, the digital computer screens are much more politer and get the Job done
It is actually a horrible experience for anyone who would prefer to speak to a person. Don't bother they are useless

Nobody there despite saying open. Made a special trip to collect BRP for my Ukrainian guest and can't get it

Had no mail for over 2 weeks , absolute joke
