Evelyn Street Post Office

I recommend everyone to use this post office. All staffs are very nice and helpful you will have warm greetings from staffs full of service mind, especially Linda who is very polite and happy to service. Five stars rate are not enough for Linda and her team for services. Brilliant!!!

My Mum always go to this post office and said these people service are great. So I had to try this post office myself and found this service was fantastic. Linda was very helpful and now what she was doing and talking about. I would recommend this Post office to everyone. Thank you again Linda and staff

I am not a regular here and I have only used this Post Office once.

I thought I would leave a good review as the lady who served me had provided very good customer service, she was very friendly and helpful. I was not made to feel like I was an annoyance etc, which is unusual in London and nice to see!

The ladies who work here provide an implacable customer service. Always friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Thank you for that!!!!

I would only suggest having at least 1 more till position open as there is always a queue as there are a lot of customers.

Poor customer service, there is always a queue but the biggest problem is overcharging for the service. According to the employees there the only way to get a tracked parcel service is to pay for the 'Special next day before 1pm delivery'.
I always thought that the post office on lower road was the worst in the area but the Evelyn Street one was 'hold my beer'.. Shambles.

The wonderful lady helped me a lot with my postage, especially with the complicated postal order and return envelope for my passport renewal. She is always helpful and polite, and our family enjoy that we have such a great service in our neighbourhood!

Long queues always, have to wait about 20/25 mins before you reach the till. Ladies who work there are rude but try. Old management was so much better, never experienced queues like this.

My local post office, always fast and efficient, couldn’t ask for more, staff are lovely and always willing to help.
